I am Tejaswini, an experienced professional with a diverse background in Recruitment & Training, Business Development Coordination, Planning, and Teaching, along with over three years of international experience. For the past several years, I have been working as an English Trainer in the education sector, helping learners from various backgrounds enhance their communication skills. As a trainer, I focus on understanding each learner’s unique needs and designing personalized learning programs accordingly. My teaching approach centers around the four pillars of English communication — Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening — which I strengthen through interactive, activity-based sessions. My goal is to empower students to communicate in English fluently and confidently, without hesitation. I take great pride and joy in seeing my students achieve success and express themselves effectively in both their personal and professional lives.
